EUR - Looking for tech partner for HR startup

I have been exploring a couple of ideas lately and pretty much landed on a rather simple & intuitive idea in the HR space. The idea helps companies to build so basic capabilities on top of their existing HR systems. It's scalable, not overly complicated, and is targeted to a global market.

I've already set up a landing page, put some online advertisements on it, had some sales calls, and talked to experts in the field to figure out if this is a feasible idea (I've not yet started to build the actual product). After some initial testing and feedback, I think I'm going to go for it.

In the past, I've tried building some products alone, and I don't think this is the right way to go.

So, this time I'd like to have a partner to do this. Ideally, you are a full-stack dev with an affinity for backend tech. I'm also a programmer and have build previous projects with React + Django on AWS. For this project, I was thinking about moving to a TS backend with NestJS (but I'm open to other stacks).

Ideally, you are based in Berlin, Germany, or not too far away.
