Extend AWS/GCP Credits due to Covid-19 Business Slowdown

We had some AWS and Google Cloud for Startup credits which are going to expire soon. But given the corona situation our clients are not going to be doing any business till next year. We need to keep our servers running though.

Did anyone manage to contact AWS and Google Cloud for Startup teams for extensions? I can not find any contact email etc.
