This happens often. Always have more ad accounts prepared if they cancel one and always have at least few members added as page role in case you profile would be ad restricted.
It can happen because you were selling shady product or people weren't happy with the product etc. Sometimes can happen for no reason. You can contact support most likely they won't open back but you can try.
