Facebook and Instagram blocked my website

We are also facing the same challenge, however we have been there before, and fortunately we know what we did the first time and right now we have submitted the Id of our director to them to resolve the issue, ours has been an account which we use to run face book paid ads, and we are also still waiting for them to resolve, once the Id has been accepted then we are not going to have problems again, we have to understand that as we build our systems online and it reaches the mass adoption in one way or another you to save guards the same system from abuse, so has you meet this challenges a long the way in large social media just understand that as you grow yours, one day you will need to implement what they are doing today .So taking as a learning lesson a long the way and follow the instruction to learn how restore your account, its a valuable lesson which you can make money out of it or get inspired to build an automated system which can resolve that, and who knows , the same guys can buy you out...

I would start by following the lead in the message: "If you think this doesn't go against... let us know." It could be an innocent mistake on their part and possibly easily fixable.
