FAKE vs REAL target audience

Hi, I have been struggling with this question a lot and honestly, after many months it's still not clear. I would like to ask about your opinion.

Who is my real target audience?

I want to teach developers how to program blockchain applications and grow my Twitter account https://twitter.com/Web3Coach

One method to do so - is by engaging with the content of other popular Twitter accounts.

BUT

  1. Should I engage with existing blockchain developers accounts?
  • This would make sense from the content perspective but I guess it's not my TA (developers with interest in blockchain but NEWBIES (no knowledge yet)).

OR

  1. Should I engage with normal non-blockchain developers accounts?
  • This make sense because they are my potential TA BUT the content doesn't match and I don't know if they are interested in the technology or not.

What's the way to go here? 1) or 2)?
