Feedback for Hoppa – Tool for creating help center with Notion

Hi there!

When working on my previous app, I was wondering how I can reduce support tickets. I wanted to give my customers a help center that won't break their flow and will be easy to use for them. For example, when you open some page in the app and see "Learn more" it is much better if the help page is opened in the app, allowing you to follow the guide without context loss.

The important thing about any help center is that it should be frictionless to update and maintain. Your app is a living thing – you always tweak UI, copy. And help center must be up-to-date with the app so users don't get frustrated. My favorite app for writing is Notion – it is so awesome that it makes me want to write something there!

So this is why I made Hoppa. You make help center content in Notion, and Hoppa turns it into an embeddable help widget for your app and help center website.

Questions I have about the landing page:

  1. Is it clear what Hoppa is for?
  2. Is it clear how to start?

Thanks!

Interesting concept! Big fan of Notion.

Is it just me? I was viewing your site on mobile (iPhone11), but it wasn’t very responsive

Hey! Thanks for checking it out.

Yeah, it is not only you. It hasn't been optimized for mobile yet. I'm going to do this soon 🙈

Is it clear what Hoppa is for?

Yes, it's clear just by reading what's written in the Hero section.

    Note:
"Turn this" is too small and grey and didn't get my attention
Maybe you have to make it the same as "into these".

Is it clear how to start?

Yes, it looks simple and easy.

      Hey! Thank you so much!

"Turn this" is too small and grey and didn't get my attention

Yeah, now I see it as well! Will update the "Turn this" label's style.

      🙌
