Feedback on Essence Scriber.

Hey everyone, I'm EmperorNecro, the creator of Essence Scriber, a transcription startup. The difference between this startup and conventional services is this: images and cheaper prices( a token-based system per video, so for example you buy 1 token ($0.50) to transcribe a video of any length instead of a 20 minute video costing you 20 x (y amount per video, usually $0.55)
The audience is:
-indie hackers who perhaps watching a video, want to share that video's advice with others but in an article form.
-indie hackers marketing and having created a video, want to turn it into a great article.
-students taking notes and don't want to end up in debt.
-people that have perhaps disabilities and want to understand a youtube video without just relying on youtube transcription , which is terrible.

I'm asking for reviews for Essence Scriber, on anything from UX/ UI, to the pricing tiers, or the landing page.
This is very important, as so far I would consider the business a flop (expected nonetheless), 0 MMR.
