Feedback on job search pages
Hi,
This is an example of a job search page: https://www.joblife.co.za/jobs/casual.html
Any advice you might have on how to improve it? I have full control of everything and can use my data to provide more insight as well.
It feels like more than anything this needs focus. What's the play here? what kind of users are arriving to use this? It might be good to convey to people why this search system will yield them results they wouldn't find elsewhere or in other ways.

Yes I understand - I meant the above comment after looking at your home page. I don't know the market/space, but a general job search site strikes me as very broad and thus needing to convey why it is more effective.
In terms of the search results page. I am generally not a fan of having 3 columns on the page, it usually makes it hard to get an overview. You might be able to take some of the data you have on the right side and put it on the left, OR even give people a section at the top with the key stats based on their search.
Many thanks for the feedback. I will try switching that to two columns and possibly have the data driven information on top. I also need to mention that the majority of my users use the site from their mobile - how is the experience to you from that perspective?
