Feedback on my project: Creative Sales Roundtable

Can I run a project by you, that I'm working on?
Virtual Sales Training/Mastermind Group:

Background: I am a business consultant that helps small businesses grow. I help with strategy, sales/marketing, and core process development that enables them to scale. One of the things I often do is help to train their sales teams.

THE CHALLENGE - SALES TRAINING PRETTY MUCH SUCKS RIGHT NOW
I was approached by a client about training his sales team, something I’ve done a fair amount of. Some principles I’ve learned over the years: Sales training is best done with a group of peers, and sales reps need reinforcement just as much or more than they need instruction.
I also realized that the sales training and development out there is typically: old school, not for the internet/digital era, or has a strong case of “hammer man” syndrome…i.e., their hammer is the best one and all the others are crap.

THE OPPORTUNITY - A SALES PROGRAM THAT HELPS YOU SELL MORE, IN THE DIGITAL ERA
So, I’ve been developing the coursework material, and this client is going to recruit some of his business friends to join in on the group, and we’re going to open it up to others.
In-person is ideal, but not fully possible in the era of Covid. So I’m thinking of a hybrid model - in-person for those who can, and virtual for those working remotely or in other parts of the country.
The going rate for say Sandler sales training is around $1,000 per person, per month. However, with a virtual model I think I can bring the cost down and still make it worth my time investment (quite a significant time investment).
I have some super exciting content for the program, something no one else even comes close to offering.
The plan is to use a Kahn-Academy type model where the “instruction and learning” is done throughout the week, via short text message blasts and a Slack group. Then the “classroom” sessions will be more for peer learning, collaboration, workshops, situational coaching (hands on).

THE END GOAL - PRODUCTIZE
My goal is to fully develop the curriculum this year, flesh it out, and then offer it as an online course next year so that I can step out of the hands on.
I’d love to get your feedback! Is this something you would sign up for? How much would you be willing to pay?

I’ve never really developed an online course, though I’m not intimidated by it. Have any of you developed an online course or “productized” a similar service? Any input around that would be greatly helpful. Thank you in advance!
