Feedback wanted - Discover a new career in tech

I was working a dead end job (headed for a dead end career) until I decided to try a career in UX design. I self-taught my way from freelancing to a full time job with benefits in only a few years. I want to help others do the same - find a passion and help guide them to a new career in tech.
People think you have to be a "coder" to work at a tech company, but that's just not true - there are plenty of non-technical positions at tech companies, some that people didn't even realize existed.

I don't find it really useful, but I'm not your target audience(I'm a software engineer and don't plan to switch a career). You might move the 2nd page with the randomizer to the landing page, so people could see the value faster. Also, the landing page is too empty for me.
