The dead air is real, and I'd argue part of the problem is that solo founders often have no structured story to tell. When someone does respond and asks 'how's it going?' you get vague vibes instead of a clear, specific update.
I'm building a Notion OS specifically for solopreneurs at $0-5K MRR - six linked databases: clients, projects, tasks, revenue tracker, decision log, and weekly review. The weekly review outputs a one-page snapshot of the week. Having that means you always have something concrete to bring to a conversation rather than reconstructing your situation from scratch every time.
The outreach problem and the ops problem are related: no system means no clarity means no momentum to actually communicate. What use cases are you seeing founders most want to start conversations around - accountability, feedback, or something else?
