Figuring out Target Segment

I recently relaunched my product.
The product is to create charts & maps without any learning curve.
Something like powerBI or Tableau, but a simplified version, where users need not go through a course to get started.

To start with we are just trying to target bloggers, but it is not moving anywhere. The next segment I am going after is the analyst's segment, but I am confused.
Any suggestions on targeting or growth hack would be really helpful.
