Finally Moving Away from Udemy and I'm Terrified

Felt really intimidating doing this, but after a good run on Udemy with 3600 students and 650 reviews, profits began to dip for several consecutive months, so I decided to finally self-host and began publishing my Program Management courses on Podia.

I connected my domain, created free lead magnets, and started a google ads campaign to drive traffic and grow the newsletter userbase.

However, I'm still scared I won't be able to drive good growth without Udemy.
