# I built BirdReply to help SaaS founders find customers in conversations that already exist

 Most indie hackers don’t have a customer-acquisition problem because they lack ideas.

They have a discovery problem.

 Potential customers are already asking questions in Reddit threads, Indie Hackers discussions, forums, and other communities:

 - “What tool can help me with this?”
- “How do other founders solve this?”
- “Is there an alternative to…?”
- “I’m wasting too much time doing this manually.”

  But finding those conversations consistently is difficult. Search results are noisy, old, and often unrelated. By the time you find a useful thread, it may already be closed or irrelevant.

  That’s why I built BirdReply.

  You enter your website, and BirdReply learns what your product does and which customer problems it solves. It then searches for fresh conversations where people are actively looking for help, tools, recommendations, or alternatives.

  For each opportunity, it shows:

  - The original discussion
- Why it may be relevant to your product
- How recent the thread is
- A suggested reply you can edit
- A direct link to join the conversation

  BirdReply does not automatically post for you. You stay in control, because the best community replies should be useful and personal

  The goal is simple: help indie hackers replace “How do I get customers?” with a practical list of real conversations where they cab start helping people today.
