First user experience improvement for Bookmarks.dev?

I am developing an open source bookmarking solution for developers & co at https://www.bookmarks.dev. From a UX-Design perspective what would be the first thing I'd need to improve? Looking forward to your feedback.
Perhaps I'm alone here, but maybe a headline explaining what it is and who it's for?

thank you for your feedback. What if I added a tagline beneath the Bookmarks on the brand, like "Manager for Devs & Co". What I could also do is add the About page - https://www.bookmarks.dev/about in the main menu, but I thought the HowTo page would be enough, or should I have something else more striking for first time visitors without having to click on something?...
