I am thinking about the pivot of my platform - https://herosnatch.com Please take a look at the doc and let me know what do you think about this Idea. Highly appreciate your feedback!
This looks great! What is the tech stack if you don't mind me asking?
Backend - Python (Django)
Frontend - Angular + Cordova
You need to immediately answer 'is it for me' and 'what is in it for me'
Who is it for? Crossfitters? Then say that.
What does it do? Track your score? Make that clear.
Good luck!
Hey @kobvel! I took a look at the landing page, and it is INCREDIBLE! I love the design and the images being used. A few things you might want to take a look at,
PS Your Instagram is absolutely on point ;)
Thank you so much for your feedback. What do you think about attached Google doc idea?
Oops, I completely overlooked the Google Doc. I'll read and come back.
Edit
I've previously used free apps like Six pack in 30 days, and Home Workout from Google Play. I've always found that I lose motivation 10 days in.
That's why the overall vision of creating timeframed workout sessions with reputable coaches in a group environment is great! There's a few things that need to be flushed out further though.
Instead of looking at the uDemy model where trainees buy their workout programs, it might be worth looking at the Twitch model where the users have the necessary content for free, and the extra stuff is subscription based which you can take a cut of. This will go a long way in stimulating the community that needs to be initially built.
For the MVP, you can skip trying to build out a full messaging system and instead use WhatsApp, Facebook or slack groups.
I love the idea of enrolling into a class with other people! It could be that the abs workout programs runs every other week and people have to register for the upcoming classes, generating interest and possible virality?
These were some ideas just on the top of my head, but great job on the doc! Would love to hear your progress :)
Thank you so much for your feedback!
Extremely useful
The posted idea on Indie Hackers proposes a fitness platform, potentially catering to a niche audience in the fitness industry. The platform seems to emphasize personalization and community engagement, which could be appealing to users seeking tailored workout plans and a supportive community. The idea suggests incorporating features like workout tracking, video integration, and user-generated content to enhance the user experience. While the concept appears promising, its success would depend on effective execution and marketing to attract and retain users in the competitive fitness tech space.
Hello, did you continue this project ?
It's great I completely overlook the Doc. I like to suggest you take a look before submitted the online fitness streaming platform landing page it's my feedback.
