Flywheel - convert users into customers

It's finally my turn to give back to the IH community!

tl;dr I used to run the IH meetups in SF, now I run a company helping IH-style products convert their freemium customers.

I spent a long time talking to IH founders who had great products and users, but didn't know how to get paying customers. In particular, the IH community didn't want to do a lot of sales calls and pushy tactics.

Turned out, I was working at Atlassian which also didn't use many sales tactics. So, I took the marketing system from Atlassian and combined it with my IH learnings and – voilà, Flywheel! We help founders / companies convert users into customers.

There's some UI tweaks needed and we only have ~20% of the features we eventually want. But in the spirit of "just ship it!"... :shrug?:
