For smart Shopify developer only!

Hello Guys!

I would like to know what is the smartest way to develop the type i need of Shopify apps, as their is many ways to develop the final app functionality.

Our app is to process images and do some functionalities like coping and ...

we already have the script php CodeIgniter and it is working with other platforms via API so it is not embedded app inside the platform as it doesn't support Embedded app inside the platform as shopify.

But for shopify we still have the option and as we know embedded Apps are better choice for the user, So now

1- Is their a way to make it easy and just embedded our whole platform inside the

shopify without any changes and we just add the embedding setting like menu and other options and keep the platform the same as if we are opening a tab inisde the shopify app.

or 2-

We only design the front end of the platform inside shopify app and everything is done via API to our script.

and if you have any other ideas please mention it as I don't know everything about shopify.
