FrameCheck v1.0

Built FrameCheck because I wanted to ensure my photo library was in good shape.

FrameCheck scans photo libraries early and flags corruption, RAW/XMP mismatches, duplicate clutter, and metadata/timestamp problems before they become permanent losses. The goal is simple: make archive integrity checks proactive instead of reactive.
