I have spent 3 months on this YouTube notepad project, and I think I am finally ready to launch it. This week's goal is to prepare a Story board for a Product Shoot. Fun fact is, I have zero knowledge in Video Production. I hope my notepad will help with that. ;)

  5. 1

I'll launch my development agency that will help founders materialize their ideas for a fair and fixed monthly price.

It'll be a big step for me since I've been working with founders in Brazil for a few years and becoming global is a plan that has been on my mind for several years already.

I already have a team ready that is anxious for starting. Things I'll be working until end of July:

    • Finishing the Landing Page, Copy, and the overall message that we'll be using on our marketing. It's getting really close to done.
    • Polishing my English, mainly Conversation and Oratory, with a teacher on Preply. Looking forwarding for meetings hahah
  6. 1

End of July: Finish Udacity course. Finish CRM prototype. Finish current contract.
Yesterday: updated my midterm from feedback from coach. Still a little more work to finish it up before resubmitting. Spent a lot of time looking for my next contract / job. I researched some potential side hustles, but I don't think that was a productive use of my time.
Today: Cleaning and prepping for next week.

    Hi Rosie!

A bit of wheel spinning at the moment researching experts for a podcast, but that has to be sorted for the end of the month.

I keep getting told to leave the product alone, but since I'm using the damn thing and I know things need doing…

Yesterday, I created an account on Medium for the product and shared the first of a serialized origins article.

Today, I finished the edits to a long read article for next week, a sort of counterpoint to Building a Second Brain by Tiago Forte.

  16. 1

    End of July:
    Go live

    Yesterday:
Clean up pending tasks. Make more sample designs for Siteoly

    Today:
Create more samples. Update help document at https://help.siteoly.com

    1. 1

      This is a neat idea.

You've probably already thought about this, but if your site builder could turn sheets data into graph/chart widgets (on top of what you're already doing) that could be a great differentiator to more traditional site builders.

      Good luck!

      1. 1

@stevenkkim Yeah thats on our list. We have thought about it and spoken to a few early subscribers as well about the same.

        Thankyou!!

        1. 1

A graph/chart widget from sheets data that can also be embedded into websites in general could also be a standalone product frankly.

I think you have something good on your hands. Keep at it!

          1. 1

            Yeah. Agreed.

            Thankyou!!

  17. 1

    Yesterday
Finished creating the questions for the assessment! Feels good! Super proud of some of them
