We had no audience. No ads. No newsletter. Now we have customers from over 30 countries.

Instead, we just showed up — daily — on Reddit and Facebook groups, joining conversations and genuinely trying to be helpful. Not promoting, just participating.

Eventually, people started asking questions that our templates answered. So we’d share a link.

That small act snowballed.

Fast forward to now:

Some lessons:

• You don’t need to “go viral.” Just be useful.
• Real conversations beat scheduled posts.
• Feedback from strangers is gold — they tell you what really matters.
• Still building, still listening. If you're launching something without a budget, try being helpful where your audience already hangs out. It works.
