I have a community and recently decided to add a gamification model to it and after doing some numbers, the project wouldn't be sustainable assuming if 80% of members interacted. I want to know from others what percentage of paying members are paying for the gamified users?
If a community of paid and free users are interacting, and interaction has a a couple cents to a $ value - at what percentage is it sustainable?
Not sure I have understood, but it gave me an idea: all members are paying, but some are paying less if they engage more.
I plan to actually convert points into 'cash' so they can unlock training material instead of buying, upgrade membership with credits etc.
Great idea! I think it's good to incentive members to engage.
