GDPR compliant no code tools?

Is anyone building apps focused on EU market with bubble io? Ive done some research and Im not sure if its 100% compliant nor what would be any workaround?
Has anyone figured this out and can provide some help?
Is there any other no code/low code tool that is on par with bubble io that is focused on EU market?

Yes primarily internal tools but you can also build customer portals, public forms, mobile apps
