GDPR Summary for Indie Hackers and Startups

Hey everyone!

For the last two years we've been working on products that make privacy compliance easier for makers and startups.

One of the problems we repeatedly hear from our customers is: "I don't know what GDPR actually is and how it applies to me." I'm not surprised. Google "GDPR" and you'll get massive pdfs that were made by lawyers, for other lawyers... Difficult to interpret and kind of boring.

So...

We've created a quick & digestible summary of the GDPR 🙌

It's made for makers and startups that don't have a compliance or legal team, but want to understand the basics of GDPR.... so they know they're not shipping products and features that put them at risk down the line.

It summarises things like

One of our engineers originally wrote the summary in Notion for personal use. But it came in so useful for the whole team that we decided to make it public. I hope you guys find some use in it too!
