Generated $6.9M for Small Real Estate Developers with this 10K Package

Last year, I created a package for real estate developers that generated close to $6.9M through 147 highly qualified leads.

I charged 10K to do this 🤦🏻‍♀️ (it was an experiment).

The package included the following:

• Scrollable landing page (I used Squarespace but you can use Carrd)
• Customized lead generation form (built in Typeform)
• Statewide-distributed press release (Paid Distribution network)

While each lead generation form was customized for the property, area and target buyer/renter, I created a sample link to send to prospects to give them an idea of how it works. (check it out here)

This is made for small scale developers and owner-managers love this package because it gives them more control and better data for customizing their spaces towards the ideal buyers/renters.

Looking back, I probably should have done a percentage of sales rather than a flat rate. But what do you think? How would you sell this package? Perhaps a licensing deal?
