Genius questions to ask in user interviews without presenting my idea?

I really need your help.

My idea - Swap expertise for expertise. We'll find you a match. OR Trade what you have for what you need. We'll find you a match. So basically swap Time or Items.

Early Adopters that I've identified based on initial concept testing - Moms and Skilled professionals.

Please can you help me come up with a list of questions to ask without really talking about the concept of barter/swap/trade?
