Here in Germany, supermarkets have weekly offers and since day one they publish them by sharing free newspapers weekly through the letter box. As the prices are increasing a lot, I see it as pretty effective and useful when buying the groceries you use regularly only when they are offered with a discount. The young generation is not looking into those newspapers anymore, so I thought it would be nice to receive a weekly email/whatsapp after subscribing and selecting the usual/liked groceries to get notified when and where to buy the product. The problem is, for the first iteration I would have to consume an API of a company who already digitized the local newspapers. I'm not sure if this is a good source.
I'm happy to hear your opinion about the idea in general and the fact of scraping the data from an existing website.
