I'm starting this discussion because I'm in the process of adding ChatGPT API into my product, an AI calendar assistant.
Contemplating ideas to make it a great product one of the main reasons I'm starting this discussion topic
I think what's most important is to determine whether it makes sense to add AI into your product or not.
Either that or just build a product like an AI image generator entirely based around AI. You can do this pretty easily with Evoke
But here's the thing, just because you add an AI capability on your product, it doesn't mean people will need it and want to buy it.

But
Some tech is transformative across all industries. There is a lot of time-consuming work that goes in most organizations. For example writing a simple agenda, writing an email, creating tasks that need to be done etc. Assistants are hired for this and still needs to be done even though it's not part of the core value of an organization.
I don't see any industry that will not be transformed because of this
Among the pieces of advice that I encountered, you should talk to your customers and ensure that they really need the feature before you attempt to build it.
