Going to a big conference, how to prep/ get userfeedback for SaaS app

Subject: Seeking Feedback for Amazon Accelerate Event Prep

Hey-o IH,

I'm diving into Amazon Accelerate soon with the hope of getting insightful feedback for my inventory management app, Stockt. It's an app that works with Amazon SP-API and Shopify.

I've got some plans to make the most out of this event, and I wanted to run them by y'all:

• Promotional Card: Thinking of offering a longer free trial for conference attendees.
• Swag: Still brainstorming on this - if you have ideas, I'm all ears.
• Apparel: This is more for myself - a way to make sure our brand is visible.
• Survey site: Likely going to use Google Forms to gather potential leads.
• Demo Account: An active demo account to let people see Stockt in action.
• Business Cards: Old school, but effective.
• PR Docs: Considering the use of thumb drives for sharing PR materials. Yay or nay?

Anything major I'm missing here? If you've got ideas or suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I think this could turn into a solid to-do list for anyone prepping for a similar event. Thanks in advance!
