Good or Bad feedback => signal (silence sxcks)

I've been working in Makingmyself as a side project for a while now. The vision is to make it a mental model repository where people with specific problems or decisions can get good insights based on other users with similar characteristics. Basically a "crowdsourced mental model repository".

I'd love to get feedback from the community to make it better :) To set expectations, so far my first engagement wasn't too good, see the image above.

To be honest, despite not understanding 100%, the message, its tone still hurts a bit. But after reflecting, I'm actually happy to receive it because:

1 - This person actually, messaged me: he took a few minutes to write and send me feedback. Experience tells me that the most dangerous (non-painful) signal about my product is silence! (you cannot do anything with it)

2 - Bad Feedback about your product, as painful as it may be, is a good signal: It's someone whose had higher expectations about the product and took the effort to let you know "how much your product sxcks" this is actually a signal that I can use in comparison with having nothing.
