Got 10 paying customers!
That has been a strange journey so far for shipit. It took me 9 months from releasing the MVP to get to the first client (which I actually missed and only realized he was there after he left).
Then it took another year to get from zero again to the first 5 customers (which felt like eternity).
And finally only 2 months to get the next 5 customers which brought me to 10.

#2 - Wow - looks like an amazing and very useful product - my main fear is data lock-in. Signed up but didnt spend enough time yet - am I able to take my data with me (in somewhat usable format) if I choose to cancel subscription
#3 - Love your overall design and ease of use, yet quite comprehensive functionality - really good job.
Good luck and dont give up on it- my sense is this will be "the" tool for product managers.
Thank you for the kind words! It feels awesome, yet I've no idea how to mentally "lock" that milestone so I bring it with me. Have problems celebrating little things.
Regarding the data lock in, you made me realize that it's not there. You can export your roadmap data, but nothing else. I can always do it manually (and I'm against vendor lock in, so I will happily help someone move to another place), but I should add it somewhere in UI. Shouldn't be too hard :)
