Got my first 25 subscribers for No-Code Startup Ideas in <2 days!

My process:

1. Came up with the newsletter idea (Profitable no-code startup ideas in your inbox)
2. Set it up on Revue because it was the easiest & free (might switch later)
3. Wrote the landing page copy, pitched it to some folks I know for feedback
4. Wrote the first issue on how to build an employee engagement app to $10K+/mo with no code
5. Shared it to Twitter, IH, Founder Circle, then wrote a thread on Twitter breaking it down and shouting out the people I link to in the newsletter

Results:

• Idea to start of writing: ~5 days
• Writing & launching: <2 days
• 25 subs
• 0 paying

Now to write issue 2 and do the same process! Hopefully the next issue won't take as long to write. It should be better now that I have the format down.

Going to see if I can paywall it at some point, let's see what happens.
