Our latest email teardown is featuring Grammarly, the fast-growing company with 20million daily active users, that helps people improve their writing.
We wanted to know how they use email marketing to convert leads and retain customers.
So we signed up for its free service, abandoned the cart, took the membership, and canceled it to trigger as many of their emails as possible

Here were some things that stood out…
But that’s just a brief overview.
As always, here’s the full dive into Grammarly’s email marketing tactics. You can check it out over here.
Hopefully, it will guide you when you are writing your own email sequence.
If you want a second opinion on your own email journey, feel free to comment. Happy to help. Been working in email for longer than I can remember.
Enjoy!
Hi @Email_Mastery
Thanks for sharing!
As a Grammarly user, I can complete by adding they provide super enjoyable weekly reports by email. Kind of gamifying your progress in a writer cohort, aka, your wrote more than X%, you were more accurate than Y%, here are your most common mistakes, etc. They have a very friendly approach to help you to progress (and keep using) their services.
