Great properties don’t lose deals.Bad presentation does.

I’ve noticed something working around real estate products.

Most listings aren’t bad.
They’re just poorly presented.

Same location.
Same price.
Same features.

But the photos feel dark.
Unclear.
Rushed.

So buyers hesitate.
Or scroll.

Before numbers matter.
Before ROI math.
Before specs.

Presentation sets the first decision.

Curious how others here see this.

In your experience,
what impacts conversions more in real estate tech:
better data…
or better visuals?

Saw this old thread and couldn’t resist adding that I’ve seen tiny changes make a huge difference: better lighting, clearer photos, and removing clutter can turn a “dead” listing into one that gets real traction. Curious if anyone here has tested AI photo enhancement or virtual staging tools yet. Are they actually helping conversions or just creating more work?
