Has 2022 affected your Indie plans?

As an indie hacker, Did you have to make any plans? Change your product?
Or did you find an opportunity in all of the noise?

In 2022 my team nearly ran out of runway, and when we went to secure more from VC and angel investors they were looking for companies that had more revenue-based traction.
This led to us talking to a bunch of people through LinkedIn where we refined our business model and was able to grow our revenue.
Now we're leaning more on revenue growth strategies as we head into 2023. One of these strategies for us will be turning our business model into an app, however, first we're refining the model's value and messaging through running the business model's mvp manually ourselves.
