Having trouble choosing my next project

Hi. I have two ideas that each would suit either a desktop app for businesses and the other a SaaS app, also for businesses. I'm having trouble choosing one. I always favoured desktop software, but from a business sense perhaps should I pick a SaaS? What do you think.
