Help finding first customers
I've been wrapping up the MVP of my uptime monitoring system geared towards other indiehackers: https://canaria.dev, it's time to find some customers. I'm relatively new to IndieHackers and wondering what are folks' thoughts on finding first customers? Should I throw money at ads, if so, which ones? Does anyone have any recommendations for tools to get initial feedback?

I really like the landing page and the overall minimalistic look! If the target customer lands on the landing page he will immediately get his interest piqued. And with a few clicks he can test the service, without distractions, good job with that.
On a technical side, I am curious. What is your stack, and what do you use as a scheduler/trigger to trigger checks, 1 min repeating cron which executes pending checks or?
If your potential customers are indie hackers why not try a more targeted post, asking for some beta users here?
IH recommends a good book about finding first customers "Lean Customer Development" by Cindy Alvarez.

Hey! I think Adwords or FB ads may not be the best at the starting point, you can try leadgen softwares, maybe become a part of different subreddits or FB groups where your potential customers are hanging out, get meetings and talk to them, if your product has a good pm fit, you should be able to sell through these channels too.
