Help growth hack and increase sales

Selling my small business client organizer app on the Google Playstore for US$4 + $2 for another little add-in.
I have some content on website + top youtube ranking for "Google contacts CRM" plus top keyword rankings for playstore searches on very relevant industry keyword searches (Rank is the current position in results).

What I don't have is good structure and tracking of conversions.
Nor am I getting enough traffic or sales and conversion needs tweaking.
