Help in identifying how to monetize my idea

Hi,

I'm currently working on an online portfolio/collaboration platform for creatives. I've done some interviews and narrowed down my target users to comic book artists. I've also identified their problem which is how to find work, monetized their skills.

Now, I'm in the stage where I'm trying to identify how to monetize the platform. I've thought that maybe I could create a talent marketplace similar to Fiverr, and then later a product marketplace where the artists can showcase their projects. But aren't they too big of a feature to implement? Should I settle for something less?

What are your thoughts or suggestion?
