Help me improve Breckworks landing?

Hi folks, one of the many things I do is Breckworks - a coworking space in Breckenridge, a lovely ski town in Colorado. We get decent traffic to the website, and great reviews from our customers, but with all that, I know that we can do better.

Unlike our competitors, we are a fairly small and rather private and premium workspace. We are not trying to get crowds of people in here, and we charge a lot. But with that you get great internet speeds, external displays, sit-stand desks, super comfortable chairs ...etc. We spent quite a bit to make it comfortable, and I'd like to think Breckworks offers San Francisco quality, while others offer a much more country experience.

Since I know everything about the space, it's really hard for me to decide how to improve the landing and booking pages on the website.

Could you look at it from the perspective of someone coming to vacation in town, looking for a place to work in peace and quiet, while family is enjoying the town. What do you want to know, what do you want to see more of on the website?

What can help you convert and become our customer in the first 30 seconds of your visit? (Alternatively, what can make you leave and go away in 30 seconds, and help you decide that you are not the right customer).

Appreciate your suggestions! Thank you.

Hi, here are some of the things I noticed:

    1. Everything is kinda small, I needed to check if I accidentally zoomed out on my browser
    2. Color palette doesn't give me any kind of premium feel, it just looks really generic
    3. Pricing text is to small and it's too crowded, so it's kinda hard to see all of the options available
    4. I'd love to see more pictures, especially in the "Popular office options" section. Also I expected for the cards to be clickable.

    Hope this helps!

Got it. Thank you. Noted on making it feel more premium! Will ping you when it's changed.

    Hi,

In general I would like to see more photos. I need the website to feel premium enough.

    I left some ideas here - https://visualdebug.com/show/breckworks.com

      Super. Thank you!
Interesting, Pricing page didn't exist until yesterday, and we only had the Booking page, where you get bigger photos. But now that we have Pricing, everyone's clicking on it first.

Okay, noted. Better pictures coming soon.

Yeah pricing is the number 1 page where people click in my experience. Regardless of the service/product - this is where you get a lot of traffic and you need to try capturing it. Especially if you are offering something premium, you need to convince the visitor that it is worth it.

You said that Breckworks offers a 5-star experience but the website does not reflect this.

    • You could insert a"Book Now" CTA onto your website to drive more conversions.
    • You can experiment with experimenting with black as a primary color.
    • It would also help to have a video explainer to showcase the atmosphere of Breckworks.

        I do what I can. 🙂

Alright, I pushed some updates. Not the final version yet, but it's on its way.

1_ Added the 'premium and expensive' to the landing page.
2_ more images right up top!
3_ Added a pricing page. Ideally, you will book right off the page, but I gotta add that later.
4_ Feelings: TODO: I gotta get my friends into the space and do a photo shoot with people. I mean, I could probably AI it, but real people feel better.
5_ Yeah, parking is tough around here, so it's been valuable.
6_ TODO: I've got it on the blog ..etc. Will have to add along with people images.
7_ Added images up top, but I got more images to add, just gottafind 'em.
8_ Indeed. Something to figure out. Who exactly is more likely to buy, and one value prop for them.

Thanks again. Gonna get more images and then do another pass through with them. Woot!

ps. One more thing. I realized that I added features like "weather report in breck" which make it look like it's designed for people who are considering visiting. In reality, that was an attempt to create something which local folks would reference, in order to drive daily active users :) I probably need to rethink that strategy.

Perfect, thank you. This is exactly the feedback I've been looking for. Some of it overlaps with what I've heard before, which makes me think I should double-down on that, and some is new and definitely worth incorporating. I'll comment back here when I've made some changes. You rock!
