Help, my conversion rate is 0.00005%
I have been building text2sql.ai since last September, and it reached $2k MRR this July. $2k MRR sounds good, but to be transparent, during its lifetime the landing page had more than 10 million views, I got 150k free users, and only 500 paid users, so the conversion rate looks quite bad.
One month ago I refactored the whole UI/UX with my non-existent designer skills, but the results are not convincing enough, it got even worse.

I think the problem is not the landing page.
I think the question to make is "why those 150k free users didn't become paying members?"
I have no idea what SQL is, but judging by the data you provide here, the problem is quite obvious. And it's not the landing page conversion rate.
Maybe considering removing the free plan. $4 is so low, you don't really need a free plan imo.
