Help! UTM Parameters are lost on my CTA

Hi there,
I have a significant problem with tracking campaign on Loggify.
I am using:

  • Webflow for the Website (www.loggify.app)
  • Custom NextJS App for the App (studio.loggify.app)
  • Splitbee.io for Analytics.

When users come from a campaign, the referrer (and other parameters) are properly sent to Splitbee for the Website and I can everything well.
My CTA redirects to "studio.loggify.app", but all incoming traffic then lands as referrer from the main domain. Campaign tracker are lost -.-

How can I solve this issue? I would love to treat both pages are one.
If Splitbee can't do this, or you don't know about it, please also help with other tools that can ❤️

Thanks a million

    Hey Fabian

You likely need to setup some sort of cross-domain tracking within Splitbee. I'm not sure whether this is a feature they support, but essentially what you want to do is tell Splitbee that the two sites are actually the same and not to count them people twice as they move between them.

Alternatively, if you are looking for a way to capture the UTM parameters in your core database (so you can send them to your billing platform, CRM, etc) then check out Attributer.io (my product). It was originally built for SaaS products like yours to capture where people come from (Paid Search, Organic Search, Organic Social, etc) and then send it through to the various backend tools you use (like Stripe, CRM, etc)

    Hope this helps
