Help: when is the right time to sell your startup?

4 months after launching JobBoardSearch 🔎 I had a solid offer of $20K (which I declined)

A couple of days ago, I received the below DM from a legit and potential buyer

"are you open to sell jobboardsearch?
right. any asking price in your mind?
i sold my startup last year but I'm looking to acquire a new one. so just browsing :)"

TBH I have no clue!

It made $10k in the last Q2 but I have no idea how much it would cost and if I'm willing to sell

I guess everything (material) has a price but I wasn't planning to sell
