auth0 and Strip integration to an app.
I have fear(phobia) and Imposter syndrome about this two topics.
I am comfortable with CRUD / django / flask / express
I am comfortable with react/next
I could make the app beforehand and need someone to help me with these two issues.
I could try and implement as much as possible and someone could check my work and help.
Or even introduce a course or tutorial
I am making something like chatgpt app only paid users. (No free users)
These two problems are in my way of making real app that may make money.

I have implemented Auth0 and Stripe payment gateway in many apps ,
for authentication you can use firebase , you will find alot of tutorials online.
for stripe you will have to write firebase functions for - Creating Customer , Getting Customer and Creating payment intent. and to manage the subscription you can create simple managment using firestore database. don't forget to add rules for database in firestore.

You may want to try Firebase for user authentication and Firestore for database.
