Hi, I'm currently building a helpdesk platform, our current plan is to create an MVP with deep integrations with Shopify, Facebook messenger (via page link) and stripe. With automations on top of that.
We want to build a platform that speeds up the resolution for the end customers (ideally with self service for as many issues as possible) and reduces touch points for the store owner.
An MVP for those unaware is a Minimal Viable Product, this is the smallest product which still solves a problem or reduces pain for the intended users.
I'd love to get some points of view from anyone running an ecommerce business or really anyone who can give me some educated feedback.
Even better would be to meet some store owners who would like to join us for the ride and be the first to use our product (for free of course, we value collaborative working and your input).
Our long term focus is to build the best support platform for ecommerce store owners, if done right customer service can drive reputation and revenue, as such we see a platform specific to ecommerce as hugely in need, there are others in the space but in our opinion they are poorly executed and / or very expensive. We aim to be neither of these!!
