I’m Tom, a designer with 10+ years of experience leading design systems and product design at companies like GoDaddy, and I’ve just launched Wavy Studio, my new design studio focused on helping startups punch above their weight when it comes to design.

After years in big orgs, I saw how much waste there is in the design process—especially for early-stage founders. I want to bring clarity, speed, and thoughtful systems to the teams who need it most.
