HEY! FOUNDER

Hey founders đź‘‹

I work with early-stage startups and indie builders who feel like their product is solid but their website isn’t converting the way it should.

In my experience, most startup websites don’t struggle because of bad design they struggle because the value isn’t immediately clear. Visitors land, scan for five seconds, and leave because they don’t instantly understand what problem is being solved or why it matters to them.

That’s where I come in.

I focus specifically on improving website clarity, conversion flow, and user friction. I look at the hero section messaging, call-to-action hierarchy, visual structure, and overall user journey to identify what’s preventing users from signing up, booking a demo, or exploring further.

I’m not just redesigning visuals I’m helping founders translate their product into a clear, compelling experience that drives action.

If you’re building something and feel like:

Your traffic isn’t converting,

Your landing page feels “off” but you can’t pinpoint why,

Or your onboarding flow might be leaking users,

I’d be happy to take a closer look and share a thoughtful breakdown.

Curious to hear what everyone here is building — and what challenges you’re currently facing 🚀

This is spot on — clarity is usually the real bottleneck, not design.

If you're trying to validate whether it's a messaging issue or a deeper problem with demand, there’s an interesting way to test it — you can put your idea into a live competition ($19 entry, winner gets a Tokyo trip, prize pool grows with entries).

It’s a quick way to see actual commitment vs just traffic or opinions.

I built and recently released an iOS app called Mr Beans which enables sending a video or a photo montage or the contatenation of both to family and friends on a future date.
Create a montage of your photos, add music, border and delivery date and send to family and friends via a secure link atttached ot an email. No social media. Great for birthdays, holidays, thank-you notes and special moments. Currently in the iOS app store.

That’s a really thoughtful concept, especially the “future delivery” angle. The emotional use case (birthdays, milestones, thank-you moments) is strong because it’s tied to meaningful events rather than casual sharing.

Out of curiosity, how are you currently positioning it on your website or App Store page, more as a productivity tool, a memory-preservation app, or an emotional gifting experience?

With products like this, I’ve noticed conversion often hinges on how clearly the emotional outcome is communicated. If visitors immediately understand the feeling they’re enabling (surprise, nostalgia, connection), they’re much more likely to download.

Are you seeing solid traffic but lower downloads, or are you still experimenting with messaging and user flow?

Would be interested to hear what part of the funnel feels like the biggest challenge right now.
