Hiring: Remote E-Commerce Tax Preparer for A4E

Hi!

We specialize in delivering expert, personalized bookkeeping and tax services to small business owners and e-commerce brands.

We're currently seeking motivated, talented US-based Tax Preparers to help prepare and/or review tax returns for our e-commerce clients.

You will be responsible for:

• CPAs, EAs (enrolled agent) or JDs (with LLM in Taxation) with at least three years of experience preparing US business tax returns, including individual tax returns, for e-commerce clients
• Have strong technical skills and leverage new technologies (e.g. we use Slack for internal communications, Clickup for project management, etc)
• Proven expertise preparing and delivering tax returns for e-commerce clients
• Are extremely organized, especially in managing deadlines
• Have strong attention to detail (we need people who make sure there’s never an error or an oversight)
• Are a strong communicator and will voice themselves when problems arise
• Manage between 10-20 customers

Requirements:

• At least three years of relevant experience
• Firm understanding of basic accounting rules and concepts
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize completion of tasks
• Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable using Slack and Clickup
• Professional communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to communicate clearly with customers and internally
