The past few months have been a wild ride. Like many in the industry, I found myself facing a layoff—not exactly the easiest situation, but instead of dwelling on it, I decided to bet on myself. With 15+ years of experience building software for major corporations (and 3 patents to my name), I knew I had what it takes to build something meaningful. Along the way, I’ve founded a few startups—one of them was TextCraft AI, which attracted close to 1,000 free users and 2 paying customers. It was a promising start, but like many early-stage ventures, my runway was running out fast. And with the job market being as tough as it is, I had to think fast and pivot.

That’s when I started my MVP development service. I jumped right in, doing everything from scratch—marketing on Reddit (not all of those posts landed well, trust me), scheduling endless meetings, and spending way too much time on prep calls that didn’t always go anywhere. The hustle was real, and it wasn't easy. But things finally took a turn when I got my first real project—a founder hired me to build an NPM package for $10k. He expected it to take 2 months, but I managed to knock it out in just 2 weeks. The client was beyond thrilled, which led to another opportunity—this time, working on a real estate project.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned through this journey, it’s that things rarely go as planned. Some Reddit posts bombed; some calls were just time drains. But perseverance and smart pivots make all the difference. There’s no magic formula—just consistent effort, fast delivery, and always learning from every stumble.
