Houston ! We have a problem
I’ve been a ruby on rails developer for 5 years and I’m having trouble breaking through a glass ceiling. I learned to code in a Ruby bootcamp for several months. It was an incredible, exciting experience, but over time I found that I lacked something to be a better dev. After all, every basketball player dreams of being the next Michael Jordan, but in reality being just a pro basketball player is cool too.
A few days ago, I was wondering if I should not try to transform this problem into a startup project to find a solution to my problem. Since then, I had the idea of proposing a monitoring site between developers to supplement their technical skills, but I have not yet coded a single line. What do you think ?
Do you have any tips for quickly building an MVP?
Not sure I understand your problem. To make sure I'm on the same page. Is the problem that it is hard to find ways to monetize your dev skills?
Thank you for your comment. I think some developers might be better off with live code monitoring lessons with senior developers. For the economic model, the idea will be to charge for a one hour monitoring package.
